Position: ARTELIA Industrie Monthey (Suisse) is looking for a Senior Project Manager/Expert in design and project management for industrial projects in all trades, with experience in the chemical sector and a focus on General Installation/Piping.

Reporting to the site manager, you will work on projects involving new installations or upgrades to existing units.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitor projects (planning, choice and validation of technical project orientations, purchasing, financial monitoring of projects, bids, etc.).
• Act as local contact for customers
• Manage projects and design teams
• Write technical notes, financial estimates and project schedules
• Participate actively in project design
• Produce business reports
• Guarantee quality and HSE policy
• Assist the site manager in developing the branch's activities in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

Training / Experience / Skills required :

• Engineer HES, EPF or equivalent (preferably in the chemical or mechanical field)
• PMP or IPMA certification an asset
• Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering or EPC project management, project size up to 50,000 hours, in industrial engineering in the petrochemical, refining, pharmaceutical or other process industries.
• Personal qualities: Strong management potential / Industrial culture / Ability to oversee the management of projects to ensure their technical and economic success / Negotiation skills / Highly rigorous / Able to apply ISO 9001 and MASE quality procedures and to ensure safety on sites or at customers' premises / Good interpersonal and technical negotiation skills with customers and suppliers.
• Open to prospecting activities and mandate research.
• Good command of common office tools (Suite Office, Project)
• Languages: German fluent imperative; French and/or English B2 level required.
• Motivated to take on a versatile and progressive position.
