Promoting and raising awareness of diversity and inclusion

Our D&I policy is a key component of the Group’s CSR policy on account of its social dimension, and it concerns all our teams. This means, in particular:

  • Promoting diversity and inclusion 
  • Pursuing gender equality and diversity in the workplace
  • Including those with disabilities, health issues and illnesses 
  • Supporting long-term jobseekers into employment
  • Attaching importance to parenting and caring responsibilities
