Our D&I policy is a key component of the Group’s CSR policy on account of its social dimension, and it concerns all our teams. This means, in particular:

- Pursuing gender equality and diversity in the workplace
- Including those with disabilities, health issues and illnesses
- Supporting long-term jobseekers into employment
- Attaching importance to parenting and caring responsibilities

Integrating people with disabilities
Since 2006, Artelia Group has formalised commitments in this area:
